HighBrix, the solution for high concentrates
Very high Brix values are required in the baking and confectionery industry. Our HighBrix system is designed for these high concentrations. Of course it is also possible to use this system to produce lower concentrations. The system can also be used to produce invert syrup.
If concentrations above 80 Brix are required, the sugar must be melted. This is the case for caramel production for example. Please contact us if this applies to you. The HighBrix system can be modified so that it is suitable for melting sugar.
