HGB - Brewery Application
An HGB mixing system enables a brewery to exploit the production resources to the maximum. In addition, a precise adjustment of the original wort saves money as the original wort itself fluctuates within a fermentation tank.
We have standardised two production series:
>> HGB-Eco, semi-automatic
>> HGB-Servo, fully automatic
The accompanying diagram shows the possible expansion stages of both systems.
Beer treatment occurs extremely gently with our modules. There are no sintered candles or other extreme discontinuities. The beer is not exposed to any extreme shear forces either. As our systems are used all over the world, we attach particular value to an extremely robust design. This applies for the measurement devices in particular. This is a benefit which must not be underestimated if the closest manufacturer service technician cannot be on site within 24 hours. Both production series are based on a CIP cleaning concept which guarantees a high degree of safety with regard to mixing. The CO2 pipe can also be subjected to CO2 cleaning.

Partially automatic and with a high certainty of outcome.
"HGB-Eco" is ideal if there is only a restricted budget available. However, it is not only the low investment costs which are the decisive factor for this solution. This module is also extremely robust and even staff with limited qualifications will find it easy to operate and maintain. Rough ambient conditions such as water hammers in the pipework or power failures will hardly cause any damage to the system. Its level of availability and resistance to production losses cannot be bettered. Although the technology involved is relatively simple, the system is so precise that the consumer of your beer cannot identify any variation between different product batches. The system is implemented in the expansion stages required by the customer. The degassed water can be produced with the system itself if a small degassing column is included in the system (accompanying image).

Produce a precisely standardised beer fully automatically, thereby saving lots of money.
The system regulates the predefined values for the CO2 content, the original wort and the beer colour automatically. The unique design of the dosing technology is the system's stand out feature. The components to be dosed are added extremely precisely at the same dosing point for both homeopathic and high dosage rates. There is in principle no competing system which can achieve a higher level of accuracy while being kept clean so easily with CIP cleaning.
