UHT rather than flash pasteurisation -- all possibilities for a negligible additional price.

Flash pasteurisation is generally understood to be pasteurisation up to approx. 75°C with a heat holding time of 30 seconds. No one would consider the purchase of a UHT system if these parameters were required. A UHT (ultra high temperature pasteurisation) system can heat the product up to a temperature of 140°C. The heat holding time is shortened to a few seconds. For some products (beer etc.) this is irrelevant from the outset. This may, however, be of interest where many other products are concerned, particularly if one is aware that our UHT systems are not much more expensive than conventional pasteurisation systems for the low temperature range (<80°C). All our UHT systems can also operate within this low temperature range and they can be equipped with a switchable constant heat unit. A UHT system does, however, also make other demands in terms of process engineering. We have developed extremely smart solutions to meet this challenge. All three of our flash pasteurisation systems (ServoFlash, ValueFlash and MiniFlash) can be run as UHT systems. Our UHT systems provide you with considerable freedom and you will also be well prepared for future products, which you may not yet be familiar with.
