Our ValueFlash series is the affordable way for high quality pasteurisation of liquid food products. The ValueFlash pasteuriser systems are automated to the extent that the temperature controlling and monitoring for low and high pasteurisation are done automatically. Accidental low pasteurisation is practically eliminated with this system.

Product safety for medium-sized breweries
To design an inexpensive flash pasteuriser for beer is not an easy task due to the high operating pressure which is necessary. To keep the CO2 in solution during heating, a strong pump, a heat exchanger for at least 12 bar pressure and a very abrasion resistant product control valve are required. The only way to reduce the level of investment for a beer pasteuriser is to keep the level of automation low. Our semi-automatic ValueFlash series enables a reliable pasteurisation of your products. If you can operate the ValueFlash pasteuriser between two tanks, there will be virtually no comfort disadvantages compared to our fully automatic ServoFlash pasteuriser series. Product safety for wineries, dairies and medium-sized fruit juice producers.
The pasteurisation of wine, fruit juice and milk can be carried out at a pressure below 3 bar. Our ValueFlash systems for these products are therefore similar. The accompanying picture shows an ValueFlash pasteuriser system for wine with a capacity of 5000 litres per hour.
